Images and spray inks by Altered Originals
Butterfly wings by Tumblefish Studios
Ha ha ha! Just a little something I made for Dyan at Art from the Heart because I love these spray inks so much :-) Tomorrow I am going to Art from the Heart for three whole days of workshops with Dina Wakley. Can't wait!
I thought I may need a page to journal on while I'm there so I put this page together in my large A4 moleskine. Just incase I want to write down any tips, or make notes .....
Main image by Tumblefish Studios
Some border images by Crowabout Studio B
The main image I used is by Marsha of Tumblefish Studios. Marsha has decided to leave Deviant Scrap but her images will soon be available in her Etsy shop so don't worry, you will still be able to get hold of them! It amazes me how different images can look, in the hands of different artists. See what Marsha did with this very same image here . Needless to say I altered mine quite a lot - changed her boots, gave her different eyes, and a hat.....
The quote came from an article in The Sunday Times newspaper. Every time my husband goes to read the paper he comes across a hole where I have cut something out! (Am I the only one to keep a pair of scissors on the bedside table just incase?)
Well, I shall report back from the workshops next week and will hopefully have lots of photos to share ...
