Just a bit of fun :-)

Here's another of my journal pages I created last week whilst on my hols. This page is just for fun, I was enjoying playing around creating backgrounds and splashing some inks about. I like the dribbly effects on this page which I created with Starburst Stains (here) over acrylic paint. I've been having a circles moment recently, can you tell?! Everything has circles stamped on it! Ah well, it will pass and I'll move on to something else eventually........

I used some of Tim Holtz stamps on the background, and the phrenology head is from Invoke Arts. The words are from a fab plate of words by 7 Gypsies.

Here's how the pages look side by side in my A5 Moleskine:

School starts again on Monday so today I am preparing lessons (ah, back to reality). Byeeeeeeeeeeeee

  5. Love the colours. You must be a very tidy worker to avoid one page being messed up when working on the other.

  13. so busy i don't seemed to have stopped by for ages - but still love your work. Through my book course I have discovered Brusho watercolour powder and Koh-i-noor paint-on water colour dyes which both have the most wonderful vibrant colours. Have you tried them?
