Last of the new reveals!

And finally .... two new printing plates :-) I just LOVE printing with the Art Printing Texture plates - you can easily make scrummy backgrounds for all your projects. All of the projects I have shown over the last couple of days have featured these backgrounds.

First of all, Flower Field. This one has a bit of a 1970s vibe to it I think! I'm sure I used to have a dress with something similar on it when I was about 7!

And of course, Bubble Fish.

Today I am getting organised and packed for a trip to Creative World in Frankfurt, the most fabulous HUGE show for all things creative. I can't wait! I'll be there with Gel Press, and Carabelle Studio, and hope to see some of you there.

Here come the girls!

Yay! More of my stamps newly released by Carabelle Studio :-) Here are the faces that grew out of my scribbly one-line drawings. I'm sooo happy with them as stamps. They stamp really cleanly and I LOVE the way they start to come to life as soon as you add colour.

There are four faces in total, and they will come individually as large stamps ...... or as a set of 4 smaller stamps (see below)

Also, check out the backgrounds ... more about my new printing plates coming tomorrow ;-)

And how about a little rainbow unicorn hair? LOL!

And here's the set of 4 smaller faces ... Ive got a little step-by-step tutorial coming soon on how I created these so look out for that .

The new stamps have just been released to retailers by Carabelle Studio at the Creativation Show in USA, and they will also be at Creative World this weekend in Frankfurt so the new stock should be in shops soon.

**PLEASE SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BRICKS AND MORTAR SHOPS WHERE POSSIBLE**

As always, thanks for your wonderful support.

New stamps yay!

I'm very excited to introduce you to my *newly released* stamps for Carabelle Studio :-) They have just been showcased at the Creativation show in Phoenix, USA, and should be in the shops soooooon! I will share links of where to purchase as soon as I can.....

In my collection this time I have some cats and fishies. What's not to love about cats and fish?! Especially a well dressed fish in a shirt LOL!

(When my husband saw these for the first time he did ask what I had inside my head, and I said, you don't want to know ha!)

I created the backgrounds for all the art in this post using my new Art Texture Printing Plates, but I'll share more about those another day .....

Here we have Well Dressed Fish. They can stand or swim ;-)

I also have a collection of fishies. In these samples I combined them with the ever popular 'my stamp' stamp (and in the new collection Carabelle just may have some more stamp type stamps to tempt you shhhhhhh)

Here we have Keep Swimming:

CATS! Here's one of my Kooky cats sharing a tag with a few fish (from the Just Keep Swimming set)

Here we have Kooky Cats:

And a little mini nerdy version. This little fella makes me LOL!

I created all of the backgrounds on this page with my trusty Gel Press and the always popular, fabulous results every time, Art Printing plates.

Call back later this week for more reveals.

***Thanks as always for your wonderful support***

(P.S. Please feel free to join my facebook group and share your art there: Create with Kate, https://www.facebook.com/groups/455168321558244/

Happy new year!

Happy happy new year! Well, I took a good long break over Christmas and the new year when I slept a lot, ate a lot, and er... drank a lot ;-) Now it's time to get back to it but it's soooo hard in January isn't it?! At best I only feel half awake LOL!

Last Saturday was my first class of 2020 and we kicked off at the fabulous Art from the Heart with the regular Mini Art Journaling class. We used the new label stamps by Carabelle Studio. These have been designed to fit the very popular 'My Stamp' stamp, but they are also such a great size for your teeny art journals. I used the smallest journal by Art by Marlene - it's a perfect size (4") and spiral bound too.

Hope to see you at a class in 2020  - I'll be teaching in various locations throughout the year and I'll be updating my workshops page as I go along so do click on the tab at the top of my blog.
