Stamps by Suzi Blu
Well, I've had a busy old time of it lately, but finally I had a little time to play in my journal yesterday. I saw these Suzi Blu stamps in stock at Art from the Heart and couldn't wait to have a play. I used a combination of Distress inks and Prismas to colour the image in ... I'm not the world's best at this, so I had to work it!
I loved playing about with the background, and used mostly Golden Fluid acrylics, with some Crafters Workshop stencils, and a few hand-drawn elements. Having time to play in my journal yesterday made me happy :-)))))
And finally I dressed my art doll. No more rudie-nudie!!
I added some tiny tags that say 'bird lady'. Every morning when I head out into the garden in my dressing gown and slippers to feed the birds, my children call me 'the mad bird lady' LOL!
Byee for now ....
Love the jornal page Kate but the art doll is superb!
