Something wicked this way comes ....

Mervyn Boy, Grass, Halloween Cube 1 by Stampotique Originals

Well, this is my last creation as a guest DT member for Happy Daze, and it's been a lot of fun. The theme this month is 'Something Wicked this way comes' which is of course, right up my street :-)

I had fun with this little triptych, using the bats from the Halloween cube and adding devil horns to Mervyn Boy!

I made the background using the wrinkle-free Distress technique using Crushed olive, Peacock feathers, and Vintage photo, and then I added something new ... gory red dribbles of acrylic ink,  a trick I learned from my new Dutch friend, Audrey. Thank you Audrey :-))

Thank you to the team at Happy Daze for having me this month. And don't forget, you can hop over to the Happy Daze blog here if you want to join in with the Halloween fun.

Byeeeeee for now ....

  2. Well I'll be! I had just made something with the caption "Something this way wicked comes!". I was thinking about Harry Potter when I did it. We are very similar it's scary. Everything you make I love, it would be just how I'd do it. Are we two peas in a North Yorkshire pod??
