There's a new challenge on the Stampotique Designers Challenge blog today, set by the lovely Gez. When Gez chose the theme of Spring Sprung a little while back she must have known that by some miracle spring would arrive just like that, with no warning, which is exactly what has happened in the UK this week!
My entry is my little take on the 'Keep Calm' theme, with a lovely little crown to top it off just like the original:
And I just had to add the wonderful new screaming Bunny by Roc because he looks anything BUT calm!
Have a look at the Stampotique Designers blog here, and join in the fun by making and sharing something with a spring theme. You might even be the lucky winner of the $30 gift certificate and that would be very niiiiiice :-)

Hi Kathy, I used a bit of that plastic stuff that you are supposed to sew through! Actually I found it under my daughter's bed and thought it looked useful...!

I am off from tomorrow for a week, so I'll be knocking out a couple of pages myself. Staying over in York on Monday (seeing Sarah Millican), but calling into AFTH on the way back on Tuesday, yey! Gonna get me the other 6 Dylusions inks.....mmmmmm and maybe another stencil. Got a tax rebate this month....Straight into Dyan's pocket! Michelle x

ReplyDeleteThe bunny is hysterical. We're happy for spring over here too.
ReplyDeleteI love coming to read your blog- or really just soak in your use of color and the off-beat images that I love. I have purchased the dylusion inks and have just begun to experiment with them. But how do you incorporate your main images? Are they cut out after coloring and then superimposed onto your backgrounds?
ReplyDeleteSuch a fantastic card, love the colors.
ReplyDeleteLove the gorgeous colour on your card and that bunny is a scream, know how he feels!!!
