There's a new challenge over on the Stampotique Designers Challenge blog today. Kim has challenged us to CASE ... and that means Copy And Steal Everything! I decided to copy and steal something off the very talented Willie, as this card really caught my eye when Willie first posted it on her blog, and also because it took me a little out of my comfort zone ... it's very different to my usual style.
I have discovered whilst doing this challenge that it is actually much harder than you think to copy and steal something! But it's also a lot of fun at the same time. Have a look here for all the details and come and join in the fun (you might just win a $30 gift certificate if you do!)
Fab card Kate !!
ReplyDeleteGreat card for what is ....for me....a very strange concept;)
ReplyDeleteI really like this one !!! is simple but still beautiful!

ReplyDeleteFabulous CASE, Kate!
ReplyDeleteI love this card Kate, I CASE'd Willy too! x
ReplyDeleteIt does look different but it's neat that you did step out of your comfort zone. The lettering is very appealing. I think you did a great job! Thanks for sharing with us.

ReplyDeleteThanks so much for choosing my Altered Green Goth Colored Notebook as a top pick for the recent Stampotique challenge. It amazes me that you would find my work worthy of such an honor. Thanks for all of your inspiration!
Hiya Kate.
ReplyDeleteWonder if you can help. I went over to Stampitique challenge and thought what a good idea, I might have a go at this, but noticed the link says "Closed" is this right, did I miss it? Thought it had only just been posted! Thanks Debbiexx
what a great idea kate, Dina Wakely has lifted from you, yes you and called you the great Kate Crane, LOL, wow x
ReplyDeleteSuper cute! I love it.
ReplyDeleteHi Debbie, it seems that some of us can't see the posts correctly on the Stampotique Designers blog today but not sure why! Another blogger glitch .... Stampotique are aware of it so hopefully it will be sorted soon. The challenge is definitely on and will be open until 21st Feb.
ReplyDeleteOh thank you Kate, thought it couldn't be right, but just was not sure.
ReplyDeleteI am only new to Stampotique (saw them first at Art from the Heart) and now love them. I am hoping to be at Dyan's on Friday/Saturday 16th/17th March, so hopefully you will be there and I can say Hi.
Debbiex
