Bunny girl!

Sentiment stamp by Paper Artsy
Staples stamp by Tim Holtz

As you can see I added a bit more to the journal page using my quick funny-bunny-girl sketch. I quickly sketched her one day with a dip pen and a bottle of caligraphy ink, on a scrap of inky paper that was lying around on my desk. She started off looking like this:

Because I drew her on a coloured background I coloured her with Neocolor II water-soluble crayons which I then blended with a little gesso.

I added a sentiment stamp by Paper Artsy:

I stuck Bunny girl in my journal with a bit of washi tape - LOVE that stuff!

Thanks to everyone who has entered my little give-away so far. Don't forget it's not too late to enter, you have until Sunday .... Have a look here.

Right, I must stop messing about and go and DO something LOL! Byeeee

  5. Wish I could get my reds and oranges to behave like that - and as I do't even have a yellow spray yet I'm stumped lol... guess its back to experimenting with the acrylic paints again!

  20. Lovely bunny Kate, your work is stunning.
I have just had my friend round last night and we made the "monster" canvas from the Stamper magazine. We were so pleased with it, it looks really good, and your instuctions were fab. I had a tiny stamp that looks like a coffee spill, so that ended up on there and I had used the key keeper and my friend had whiskers, so they looked the same, but wiht a different monster on. FAB! Delighted with the finish.
Thank you for showing us and I hope to see you at Art from the Heart when I call in March. Debbiex
