I just love playing with layers of paint and ink, and it's a real chllenge to do it on such a small scale (2.5 x 3.5") This has several layers of paint, plus stenciled circles, Altered Originals spray inks with a touch of pearl pigments added for extra bling, distress ink in worn lipstick, plus lots of stamped circles with bottle lids and scrapes using the edge of an old credit card. I also added stitching, a tiny piece of mica, and then stamped some random splats in black Stazon.
Here's a close-up of the layers:
Of course I couldn't just leave it as a simple ATC! I added a hanger with ribbon and a clip by Tim Holtz. I bought these clips ages ago but I have only ever used them for holding the pages of my art journal open when I am painting!!
And here's a fun ATC using more Tumblefish Studio images from Deviant Scrap. This ATC is already on its way to Canada :-)
