Eight extra pages of projects
A special birthday competition with £1200 worth of prizes up for grabs
A retrospective feature looking back on ten years of the magazine
A new look website and a new interactive gallery to which readers can upload their work
This month includes one of my projects, using the very yummy Starburst Stains available from The Stamp Man. Here's a couple of sneaks peeks:
Here's a journal page I did very quickly during the week. Not my best work I admit but during a working week I have soooo little time, yet it is still very hard to fight the urge to put paint to paper in my journal. So here it is, just a quickie! (Spot the spelling mistake hehehe, makes it more 'real' dontcha think?) And this is the mantra I repeat to myself all week as I am stressing about how much I have to do in so little time... (er...of course you could argue that if I have time to paint in my journal I have time to do the things I need to do, but where's the fun in that?!)
I.T. help desk is returning from his trip to Vegas today so hopefully the computer will be fully up and running before long and I'll be able to print again...... no time for jetlag in this house :-)

Fab journal page, I love the dripping spray effect. The article is great too xxx
ReplyDeleteKnow what you mean. The only reason that I have managed to blog so much this week is because I have been totally focused since the Easter hols, and that I have booked Hill Cottage for a long weekend on my own to finish off my coursework. Can't help thinking that I probably should try and focus on the housework rather than the splodging though!
ReplyDeleteI love the back ground of the journal page you showed us. I love how the colors ran down the page. The misspelled word helps remind me of my own pages!
