Yup, I'm still doing the spooky stuff. I can't help it, it's just what I'm drawn to at the moment. I'm having a very busy time with the new job and there aren't enough hours in the day to do all I have to do so I suppose this is the outlet :-) I did this page very quickly indeed. Usually I ponder for ages and add a little bit, then come back to it later and add a bit more, but this time I just slapped it all on. I'm still trying to follow my own rules that not every page has to be a complete work of art. This page was quick and it felt good :-))
I did this in my A5 journal. I painted then stamped with Tim Holtz stamps. The image is from the wonderful Itkupilli, and then I smothered it in a layer of beeswax.
Here's a close up:
I did manage to run a workshop this weekend though ... Well, you've got to have some fun haven't you? All work and no play etc etc etc...... We challenged ourselves to make cards using only left-over scraps (but fortunately we all had plenty of scraps!)
Now, if you are doing the calendar challenge there is only one week of January left to go! Yay! Have you all managed to keep it going? Can't wait till next weekend till we get to see everyone's completed first page!
And finally, have a look here 'cos you just might recognise something .......
Byeeeeeeeee for now
