Stampotique Designers Challenge Time!

Well, it's that time again - yup, it's the Stampotique Designers Challenge. Today Vicki is our host and she has challenged us to make a triptych card. I love making these cards as there is a lot of space to decorate :-)

Here is the front of mine closed:

And it opens up to give a peek of the gloriously gothic 'Nether'. Of course I had to add some wings from Jo Capper Sandon's large bee becasue I am obsessed with them at the moment!

As a junior school teacher I have a responsibility for music within the school which includes choosing and teaching the hymns for assembly. This is absolutely fine with me because I just love singing (much to my children's disgust!! Haha!) and I often find myself humming the lastest hymn we have been doing so this is a quote from my favourite:  'Be bold, be brave and strong' ( and it continues ...for He will never leave you .......... lalalalalala......) I chose to add these words (although I have bumble bee'd them up a bit) because Nether looks like she needs a bit of encouragement in this area :-)

So, if you feel like joining the challenge this time, have a look here. As it's the second challenge of the month it's Stampotique stamps only, and as always there is a $30 gift certificate for one lucky winner to spend on Stampotique stamps (and you know you would love that!)

Byeeeeeeeeeeeeeee for now.

  20. Kate Crane, you are the artful wind beneath my inspired wings. I don't know, does that make sense at all? I just loooovvveee your style so much. Your Stampotique triptych card is so awesome. I really like the color combination you used this time. You know, the Nether stamp is one of the very few stamps in that line that I've never really been drawn to....until now. With Jo's bee wings on Nether and the way you portrayed her, I now have to buy her. That's why you're on the Design Team, you motivate people like me to buy Stampotique stamps. At any rate, I am in awe of your talent and I love this card!! Thank you so much for sharing & for inspiring.
